Solution: Cloud-Native Scale

Broken into independent services (Enrollment, Attendance, Exams). The Exam Service auto-scales from 5 to 500 pods via Kubernetes to handle 10M+ hits/hr with zero downtime.
📱 Offline-First App
Teachers mark attendance offline. Data encrypts locally and syncs when connectivity is restored, solving the "patchy internet" issue in 40% of schools.
